OXVA Arbiter RTA ima protok vazduha od vrha do dna i izuzetno kondenzovanu komoru za protok vazduha za bolji ukus i 100% nepropusnost. A OXVA Arbiter usvaja dizajn rupe pod kutom za jednostavnu/dvostruku zavojnicu i rezanje nogu zavojnice bez mjere. Arbiter RTA održava staklenu epruvetu od 6 ml za veliki kapacitet, dizajn gornjeg punjenja. A Arbiter je kompatibilan sa 810 i 510 drip tipovima.
